Families • Couples • Individuals
Welcome to my
psychotherapy practice.
If you've found yourself at an overwhelming point in your life, you're not alone. Disappointments, fear, doubt, problems with people you care about and self-criticism can stop you in your tracks.
Problems are made worse when you don't have anyone to talk to about them. And not just anyone, someone you can trust, but you don't need to impress. Someone who listens, but doesn't judge.

About
I bring my enthusiasm and warmth to each person I work with. In therapy with me you won't be bombarded by psycho-babble or or heady interpretations. What you will get is my full attention, real talk and an emphasis on being in the moment. Together we will slow down, get grounded and deeply consider what your want for yourself and/or your family and look at what is getting in the way.
I have been working with individuals and families here in Marin for the the last 10 years and have an office located in Corte Madera.

01.
Do you blame yourself when life feels hard? Do you find yourself feeling ‘less than’ or lacking? Are you frustrated, or even worried, by your choices or reactions? I can support you in better understanding what makes you tick and help you move toward a more fulfilling relationship with yourself.
02.
Do you ever feel like something is broken in your family? Do you find yourself constantly arguing, never seeing eye to eye and unsure of what to do to get your family back on track? Families in crisis tend to turn inwards at the moment when they need the most support. You don't have to go it alone.
03.
Do you feel like you don't know your partner any more? Is your time together more combative than peaceful? Feeling stumped by how to practice healthy communication?
Every partnership takes work. Getting help can make a world of difference in feeling seen and heard by each other.

KAP
Ketamine Assisted
Psychotherapy
I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), the use of ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy. I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribes the ketamine, & supports us in monitoring outcomes.
